Upon meeting Maria I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Although Maria is Spanish, she spoke perfect English, which was most reassuring.
At no time did I ever feel as though I was speaking to a sales person, instead it was as though I was speaking to a trusted friend who had a breadth of knowledge, not just about the property market, but also the Spanish legal system and how to avoid the various pitfalls many people suffer when buying property abroad.

After explaining the location and type of property I was looking for, Maria tailored my property search to fit my requirements, which I was grateful for as this saved so much time and energy.

Maria was able to confidentally answer any questions I asked about the properties she introduced, although she provided so much information during the viewings, including hidden charges such as community fees etc, it was difficult to find additional questions to ask.

Having found my ideal property, Maria not only provided guidance regarding the buying process but was also able to efficiently handle all the necessary arrangements, which included mortgage assistance if needed, and introductions to a reliable Lawyer and Notary. Furthermore, she thoroughly informed me about the various taxes I should anticipate after acquiring a property, explaining the need to apply for an NIE number, which she would arrange, and also assisting me in opening a bank account.

To cut long story short, Maria took all of the stress and worry out of buying a property abroad!

We had been looking for a property on the coast for many years. 
This was a very time consuming and frustrating process, that’s until we met Maria! We sent her the same specifications as the others. 
Her response was very quick and a few properties she had sent us by email were what we wanted to see and within our budget. 
We knew we were onto a good agent, finally! We arranged a quick trip down to Spain and Maria was right on time for our appointment, something we did not experience with other agents. Over coffee, she highlighted more properties that we could view. We were immediately feeling very relaxed with her and her honesty and integrity shone very clearly. She had several properties set up for our first day of viewing. To our surprise, it only took 3 viewings on the same day to fall in love with one property straight away! She definitely exceeded our expectations! We then met with our solicitor and Maria had all the necessary documentation on the property prepared in a folder for us to bring to the solicitor. 
All the paperwork was in order and our solicitor instructed us to go ahead. We wish we had met Maria a few years earlier as we would have saved so much time, money and frustration! We flew back home leaving a power of attorney with our solicitor to complete the sale. Maria was always very helpful in dealing with the vendor and our solicitor; and in fact, our solicitor stated that he usually had problems getting things sorted with other estate agents, but Maria was not only always available but very efficient, professional and helpful as well. She stayed in touch with us right through the completion process and was always available after that. All of our questions were answered on the same day. 
We completed on our new home 6 weeks later! What a wonderful surprise it was to see that she was still amazingly helpful even after buying our new home. She is Spanish, but also completely fluent in English so she was able to sort things out very quickly and with a smile. We are over the moon with our villa and any time we have needed help Maria has been there. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property. 
She is punctual, polite, genuinely caring, dedicated to her profession, always available and has a work ethic we have not seen at home or in Spain. It's not just about money, their philosophy is customer satisfaction, even after signing the purchase contract.
